SteadyMouse for Mac

Updated October 2026
SteadyMouse currently runs on Windows, from Windows 11 back to Windows XP. A native Mac version is in development. Until then, Mac users can run SteadyMouse inside Windows on their Mac, and a SteadyMouse X license will include the Mac version when it is released.

A native Mac version

Work on a native macOS version of SteadyMouse is underway. Bringing the anti-tremor filtering, accidental click blocking, and Icon Targeting to a new operating system is careful work, and it will be released when it meets the same standard as the Windows version.

Using SteadyMouse on a Mac today

If your Mac runs Windows in a virtual machine, SteadyMouse works inside it with a small change to the virtual machine's mouse settings:

On Macs with Apple silicon (M1 and newer), the virtual machine runs the ARM version of Windows 11, which SteadyMouse supports.

SteadyMouse X includes the Mac version

A SteadyMouse X license includes every future major version, so it will include the Mac version when it is released, at no extra cost. Every purchase comes with a 70-day money-back guarantee. See features and pricing.
